Place 1 cup of your favorite chocolate chips and ¼ cup of heavy cream into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, then stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir. Continue heating in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted. For a fun variation, add peanut butter or jarred caramel sauce into the mix. Fruit, marshmallows, cookies, and even potato chips make great dippers for your homemade fondue!
