75’ XTreme
The 75’ XTreme is our biggest houseboat and was especially built to accommodate ADA requirements. Loaded with amenities, this boat includes a full bath with low-threshold shower, grab-bars in the shower and near the head and wall-mounted vanity. It also includes: a wide hallway to accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers; deck level side gates on both front and rear decks; and a front-deck boarding ramp for easy access from dock to boat. A wide door with ramps opens to the patio, as well. The 75’ XTreme was specifically designed with Lakes Mead and Powell in mind. There’s even a wheelchair elevator to the boat’s top deck at Callville Bay Marina on Lake Mead.
Travel in Style
We chose to make our top-of-the-line houseboat wheelchair-accessible so you could enjoy the maximum comforts that we offer when you rent a boat house from us. On the 75’ XTreme, you’ll have the best of everything; it includes six staterooms, 2 1/2 baths and a seven-person hot tub.
We also include a 45” LCD TV in the salon/main-living area and an LCD flat-screen TV in every stateroom. All TVs are equipped with DirecTV satellite service. Similarly, we include satellite stereo service with our sound system in the main living space.
If you’re worried about getting hot on the lake, you should know there’s central-air conditioning as well as ceiling fans on the front deck and in the salon. You even have the option of central heat too if you tend to feel chilled during cool nights.
